I just tried to make http://www.wowhead.com/spell=63734 show on my level 80 holy priest alone (no team) but no success either, and nothing better with the couple more proc (surge of light and inspiration) I tried next.

There indeed seems to be something broken

I'm going to check if I can find another proc to test on another character but they all seem to be already included in the default configuration (so far these procs all seem to be detected and the bar is correctly shown)
