Free software options... HKN, AutoHotKey, Octopus, Mojo (which is in development, not a finished product).

Keyclone is a solid option, as far as key replication goes, but a little lacking on mouse broadcasting which can be nice at time. This is $20 for a lifetime license.

GameCommanderPro, is a pay option. Not sure if its one-time or a subscription.

IS Boxer, is a subscription option $36/year or $10 per quarter.

They all offer a trial period, so you can decide if the program is for you.
$20 once, or $36/year isn't much... compared to the monthly subscription of the game...
Not knocking the free options, but you also pay for what you get.
    EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.
    Diablo III: 4x Crusader & 4x Wizard.

My Guide to IS Boxer http://www.dual-boxing.com/showthread.php?t=26231 (somewhat dated).

I've just come to the end of my RAF time, having db 3 teams to 60.

I use Octopus (free keyclone software) and set it up using the tutorial found on this website. I use an excellent addon called Jamba, which once setup automates things like quest acceptance/handins, taxis etc etc.

I have the following macro bound to my F1 key that I spam pretty much all the time. It makes sure your toon is following you when you are travelling, and focusing on your target when you are attacking.

    /clearfocus
    /focus (Master toon)
    /follow focus
    /assist focus
    /stopcasting

I'm know there is more info around here and I'm sure a simpler way to do this, but this macro works for me and my playstyle and I hope it works for you too.
