Minor Jamba problems.

"new to dualboxing" blahblahblah...

Having some problems with jamba while trying to dualbox. The jamba Team- window doesnt recognize the other jamba team member as online, it just says the other is offline. Ive checked the jamba threads on this forum but havent come up with anything yet.

Make sure both toons are in the same communications channel - see the Jamba:Communications section of the addon options. If you leave it at the the default install it should just work.... if you haven't touched those options, then try resetting your chat-cache.

Ive changed the communications channel on mine, and i also notice this behaviour. The first toon to log will always show all the other toon, but each toon that logs after that only shows the toons that log after it does and all those who logged in before it, shows as offline....

Is it a comms channel issue ?

Hmmm, weird. Make sure that all toons are in the same channel.

You can check this by going to the communications options page and clicking the debug option. You will get lots of spam, but look for the line that lists the toons in the channel, it goes something like: Toon1, *Toon2, Toon3.

If all your toons are not there, then they are not joining the channel correctly - make sure your channel settings are the same on all toons and if they are, try resetting your chat cache.
