Sig's getting out of hand?

I know we are all proud of our teams, but could we possible make a community standard to not put 5 or 6 full banner add sized signature graphics in our sig's?

I mean seriously, if we all did that the site would be nothing but sigs... especially when Xzin posted.

It's not about hiding things, my excuse for trolling here is that I've found several applicable solutions to problems we have at work in these forums... Believe it or not LOTS of my gaming solutions transition directly to real world situations . (Manage a guild, manage a help desk...)

Anyhow, it's a moot point for me, right click-block images from... . But to keep the community attractive to others it may be a good policy.

I'd have to say.....get over it. But that's just me. I find it quite informative to see who plays what with what spec and level by glancing at their sigs (which mine supposedly auto-update by the way). If you dont want to use it then don't, but I don't see why it needs to be a rule that you can't.

I dont care for the '5x sig' sigs.

More so because the ones people choose are unattractive and look horrible.

I've been looking for a way to have a 'main' sig with 4 smaller or cut down ones that still show the same stats.

The fonts/colors poeple have chosen for there sigs clearly show the entire multiboxing community appears to be colourblind

hey, It does't bother me either , however i do feel a little protective towards this forum and the people who usually post here.

I've been trolling and posting here for a while now and i do enjoy the fact that it is a mature (ish) space for like minded people to exchange information and to further this hobby we call Multi-Boxing..

I particularly appreciate the fact that it is nothing like the churlish WoW forums full of immature kids with their over the top colourful signatures..

So, on ballance i would say please leave the Graphic Sig out..

I don't mind small banners (like Slats), but please keep in mind that not everyone is running at 1920x1200. A fair number of laptops are still at 1024x768, which makes that sig take up literally the entire screen. There's no way for me to disable other peoples' sigs, so it's polite to keep it a bit smaller.

I'd suggest a one-line text list with links in it for each character, so those who want to know more about your characters can, and those who don't won't need to see it.

I wouldn't say no to graphic sigs but 5 is too many/too big(my window isn't maximized) and 5 takes up half the window...and yea they aren't that hot looking lol; maybe combine 'em or just put the Main/Lead char then put "x5" after the banner ;p
