Waste of time IMO, the azeroth zones were blaanced for the gear they had in them so it is certainly still doable until 60 and exp from quests/instances is far more precious post 60 due to the huge jump in exp/level requirements. It would be faster to stay in zeroth until 60 then jump right into the quests in hellfire. By the time you have completed all the quests in there you should be decently geared in outlands equip, getting close to lvl 62 and can then start into ramparts to finish it off. Stay there as long as you like then move onto zangar (or BF if you want)
