Been dualboxing for a while, but need help.
Dear Forum,
I have been running two instances of World Of Warcraft on a single computer from the same directory for quite a while now. The computer I began to do this with was a single core AMD with 2 x Geforce 7600GT SLI cards and 2 Gig of ram, running XP Home Edition. I never ever had a problem, however with the recient patches over the last 18 months, the computer began to run World of Warcraft rather slowly, so I upgraded.
With this new computer, I was doing virtually the same thing: Running two instances of World of Warcraft from the same directory on a single computer. This new computer has an Intell Quadcore CPU, 2 x Geforce 9800GT SLI Cards and 8 Gig of ram. I am also running the 64bit Edition of Windows XP Pro (I will upgrade to win7, I just never wanted Vista AT ALL). I have always had graphical glitches from running the two instances of World of Warcraft, but it never posed a problem until very reciently (hard crashes requiring a reset (Blue Screen of Death). The only hardward I reciently added to my system was a Steelseries World Of Warcraft MMO Mouse. I am not sure if this is the reason, of if it's the recient warmer weather in Australia, or the recient upgrade of World of Warcraft accounts to Battlenet.
I would like to know if any of you have experienced this problem and can help. Or if any of you know what i'm doing wrong!!. Thank you.
