Does the Item Bar use any ActionID's? If so, I see potential for conflict with other addons/setups. I have seen some setups where almost all of the 120 action ID's are in use.

Not much you can do about it, just a consideration.

Nope, its an item bar, not an action bar. No action ids involved anywhere.
