    Edit - Quick test with update6, after clearing out all my old jamba and jambaDev files things seem to be working perfectly via the setup below. But now it's dinner time, so I'll have to try to break it later Assume that bug is squashed between the new update between your end or my end. Leaving the stuff below for reference.

    When you mention having a mount macro, it makes me wonder if you are sending the commands to follow from each toon to all the other toons. I assume you need the mount macro on all your toons; but the jamba-follow commands with tags are meant to only be called from one toon.

    From what you are describing; these are the commands you want. Please note that these commands do not have tags and are meant to be entered directly into a macro on each toon.

    I also assume you have a main master that does not change - I'm going to call it Bob

    All toons - mount macro

    /mount a mount code here
    /jamba-follow strobeon Bob

    All toons - spread out key

    /jamba-follow strobeoff

    Melee toons only - separate key

    /jamba-follow strobeon Bob

    This will not work correctly without Update 6. Could you try these as they are; and if you do switch masters, we can work on a set of macros and keybindings that use the tags.
    These are the macros I had :

    The Item Bar does not hide when you de-select the "Show Item Bar" checkbox.

    Edit: If you de-select it and then /reloadui it will disappear.

    I can't reproduce anymore either not sure what 'fixed' it ... i'll keep a eye on it.

    Today i saw another bug where i was accepting a quest that only the master toon had access to and when i hit Accept the slaves reported that they accepted some other quest they already had in the questlog. The slaves had no gossip window up (the NPC does nothing when interacting with the 'wrong' class).

    fixing to try out the update 6 ... one of the fixes you listed was the spam i was talking about .... where my master char would spam the main chat saying that it was following it's self after combat ... so i had to disable it on the masters /jamba so i didn't get the spam for it ...

    the other spam i finally figured out ... i didn't have the report part setup right and was missing a module or something so when i went back to default on everything and built the settings from ground up (minus the above listed one) it started working fine again ...

    looking forward to the jamba-talk part ... don't receive a lot of tells on other chars but saves some headaches later on if i know about them at least .. esp when running across someone that swears that i am botting.

    Pretty sure you need to actually bind the keys. A addon can't click for you I don't think. Haven't tried it yet so just guessing.

    So you are saying that the "show item bar" and "hide item bar" are a bit like Ugh's goggles ... useless. Why can't I release a mod whose show/hide check boxes work first time!

    Unfortunately, there is no way for an addon to catch the click on the master item and then click on the slaves. Blizzard has protected the use item function, so you need to bind the same keys on all your toons and use key broadcasting to make sure all WoW instances get the key press.

    Hmmm, this accept quest bug is one of those ones you are going to have to live with. I had code in Jamba to check to make sure that the slaves were interacting with an npc before they tried to accept a quest. If you read the first few pages of this thread, you will notice Ugh saying that his toons would not accept certain quests where there was no npc involved. When I took the check for npc code out, those quests were acceptable again.

    Actually, thinking about it while writing this post, I might be able to check for the presence of the quest window on the screen and only accept if the window is visible. Hmmm.....

    just another update ... so far no issues at all with 6 ... only thing that annoys me is a small thing but i think it is a game mechanic more then anything else ... some quests can not be shared .... like if it is just a talk to this person and they give you a quest to talk to next person ... it won't auto share it ...

    but everything else is working great so far ... only used the new bar a couple of times .. but seems to work good.

    Does the Item Bar use any ActionID's? If so, I see potential for conflict with other addons/setups. I have seen some setups where almost all of the 120 action ID's are in use.

    Not much you can do about it, just a consideration.
