New module: Jamba-Talk - just the whisper relay and chat snippets of the 0.4 version.

New module: Jamba-Purchase - same functionality as 0.4 version, except missing slash command to add item (not going to implement this).
Jamba-Quest: New slash command - /jamba-quest autoselect <on|off|toggle> <tag>
Jamba-Quest:Slave and master wording changed to Toon and Team.
Jamba-Quest: Auto share quest now only works for the master.
Jamba-Quest: Auto accept escort quest now reports the name of the quest it accepted, not a random quest from the quest log.

Jamba-Sell - there is a new option in Sell:Greys. You can hold down alt to sell an item on all your toons when you are at a merchant.
Jamba-Macro - you can now add a macro tag that has a prefix of ! - this macro will be made for toons that do not have that tag.
Jamba-Macro - variables now have tags.

New Jamba-Sell module (same functionality as 0.4).
Fixed lua error when trying to use a macro or variable set in Jamba-Macro.

All the other bug fixes I promised (I hope) like ...
Item Bar, Quest Bar and Display Team frames will remember their position always (well better than they used to)!
Item Bar, Quest Bar and Display Team frames require you hold down Alt in order to move them.
Follow strobing after getting off a taxi now works again.
Display team will only send messages to the master character (rather than all the characters) if the display on master only checkbox is checked.
/jamba works again.
Team, Team Display and Item Use Bar should "behave" when swapping profiles.
When Display Team show team list checkbox is not checked, all the other options are now disabled.
Display: Team should show levels more often than not.

Update 6

New module: Item Use - provides an item bar (1 to 10 items) where you can drop an item in a slot on the bar on your master character and the item will appear in the bar on all your slave characters. To use an item in the bar, press the key for that item slot that you bound in the keybindings interface.

Follow - characters will no longer follow themselves.
Follow - commands now work without tags.
Display Team - when percentages display alone, they no longer have () around them.

New module: Toon (exactly the same functionality as the old Jamba-Me).
Fixed error when follow strobing and drinking.
Some debug messages in for master changing / following in Jamba-Follow.

Follow broken warning uses the new Jamba-Message area scheme.

An update (number 2!) is available at the same download link.
New module: DisplayTeam - display follow status, experience, health and mana bars for your team members.
New module: FTL Helper - builds an FTL /assist macro and assigns the macro to an internal button for you to /click. This module was built by olipcs (awesome stuff olipcs).
Message has a mute area.
Quest now has configurable message/warning areas.
Team will now invite members with a small delay between member invites to ensure your party is made up in the correct order.
Communications channel has had a little overhaul (thanks to Ugh for all the hard work reporting bugs, was very useful). Please note toons on different team online channels will not be able to see each other / push settings, etc.
Was a bucket load (and then some) of work .

Update 1

An update is available at the same download link. Fixes all the Jamba-Quest problems that Ugh found.
Jamba-Proc now has a GUI.
Jamba-Team has invite group and disband group key bindings.
Several internal updates including JambaApi object.

Original Post

This is a VERY RAW version of Jamba 0.5. It does not have the following modules: follow, me, talk, target, purchase, sell.

If does have the modules: core (messages, team, tags, communications), quest, taxi and proc (NEW).

Modules are now addons in their own right (that depend on Jamba).

Some slash commands aren't working properly / have changed .... (try /jamba-team invite)

Team - should notice when your characters go offline and you should never get the "Player not found" messages. There is no display gui (yet).

Tag - has system tags (all, master, slave, justme) which cannot be changed. The master and slave tag change between toons as the master changes.

Messages is a bit raw - some UI components don't update properly, there is no point adding your own message area yet as no other parts of Jamba let you choose an area (yet!) However, you can (and should) configure the defaults to your liking. Especially the Default Proc Area if you are using Jamba Proc and have Parrot or MSBT installed.

Quest is pretty much complete apart from being able to configure where the messages go.

Proc has the following defaults procs:

Hot Streak => Instant Pyroblast
Missile Barrage => Arcane Missiles

Proc has no configuration GUI (yet). It only checks the following events from the combat log: SPELL_AURA_APPLIED and SPELL_AURA_REFRESH. I made need to add more events to check... You can change where the proc goes by editing the Default Proc Area in Core: Message Display. If you only want it to go to the master, make sure you change the tag on the area to master.

Awesome, I'll give this a shot tonight!

I'm guessing Jamba is going to replace Pitbull for me due to BGs putting my toons in random partys/raids. I'll be able to answer the question tonight, but if you click on a name in the team list then will your toon be targeting that toon? Or is it going to be purely a way to keep track of toons health and follow status?

The more you can make the team list functional the more I'm determined to use it. A mana bar, cast bar, etc would be very helpful. I think it's going to be awesome that even if I queue in WG and my toons are put in different raids I'll still be able to play as if they were in a party, thanks to Jamba!

There are two versions of Eclipse. One for Wrath, one for Starfire. Proculas is able to tell them apart, I'm not sure how it does it (it gives them the same name "Eclipse" but sees two unique procs).

Are you planning on putting in the "StealYourCarbon" functions and the "Auto Repair" / "Auto Sell Greys" functionality?

I was actually going to give them a serious try with this new versions and try and help you tweak them in areas I felt were lacking.

Thanks, the code just looks at the combat log for spell names; I have no idea what they are. I'll go research these two (Star/Warth) and find out what the spell names are.

I have no idea what StealYourCarbon is, but I intend to add another addon for the auto sell, another for auto buy and a third to replace Jamba-Me that will include auto repair. But the GUI for the current auto sell / auto buy is substandard so I'll be improving it.

Any input will be greatly appreciated!

StealYourCarbon is a mod that auto-buys reagents and other vendor-sold items for you. You set the items to buy and the amounts to buy, and whenever you visit a vendor that sells these items, I'll buy based on your current inventory (stock).

I *thought* I saw something similar to this in a previous version of Jamba - I never used it much because I used SYC instead...

Ah, cheers, yes, Jamba has auto buy, but whats different about Jamba is that you manage the auto buy in one place (one toon only) and push the auto buy settings across to the other toons, so you don't have to configure 2-5 accounts seperately. Each item that you want to auto buy has a tag and only toons with that tag will buy/stock up that item.

First thing I'll note is that it is MUCH easier to set up a new team or reset from scratch with this version. The changes to the group/team window are nifty.

[edit1] Hmm. OK, just tried to do the Defending Wyrmrest Temple quest and the slaves would accept the quest but would not select the first chat option in the dialog presented by the Wyrmrest Guardian ("We need to get into the fight. Are you ready?")

The config interface is much cleaner, IMO, and seems to be easier to access certain options (more logical?). Haven't had nearly the delays in pushing changes to alts, either.

No issues with the taxi module so far. No issues with accepting quests that I can see. The accept from team/guild works fine, as does the disband/invite stuff.

[edit] Hmm...well, tried to reproduce the issue I mentioned above by chatting with Khadgar in Shattrath but his chat dialogs all work just fine for the group. I'll keep at it and see if I can find another one that doesn't go through.

[edit2] OK, couple of strange things I notice about the Core: Team panel:

• Cannot push a new team's settings to alts until they're already in a group together. Verified this twice, once after setting the group up and seeing it work and then removing all the members and disbanding the party to start over.
  [edit] Settings push does not work at all unless they're in a group. On my paladins, I cannot get the invite button to work either after setting up the new team and then clicking "Disband."
• Invite doesn't work either until you group invite normally.

[edit3] OK, the above two problems do not appear once you save all the changes, get it working like you want, and then do a /console reloadui.

• Removing a member requires two clicks of the "Accept" button on the "Are you sure you wish to remove....." dialog, _except_ for the bottom-most member. Wierd. Also leaves an empty list of slaves unless you remove the bottom-most character.
• Personal preference/usability issue: when you change the comms channel/password, it should ideally try to reconnect using the new settings immediately instead of having to "OK" out of the whole config panel and then go back into it again. Not sure if it's possible but would be nifty.

• The behavior with the previous jamba was that if you selected a gossip option to mount a vehicle (like the dragon for Aces High) your alts would click the gossip only if your main did, so on quests where you cannot mount successfully unless you stagger the mounts, you could click your alts one at a time to mount in sequence. With this jamba, clicking any alt's gossip causes the rest of the alts to click that same gossip item, as if everyone was master. Is this an oops or is this new/intended behavior?

I'll check to see why the settings cannot be pushed out of group in the first instance. Likewise for invite. I'll see if I can reproduce the team screen problems you found.

I think I'll be able to reconnect the comms channel when you change it. I'll add a reconnect button to the GUI for this purpose.

Intended change, with Jamba Quest, everyone is a master. In your case, you will have to open the dialogs on each toon seperately.
