Main Menu -> Keybindings -> Jamba Team -> Invite (or something very smiliar)

The health only refreshes when it changes, so on login it will not know what it is. No need to resize width, just enter combat or do a buff that changes health.
Ah this makes sense. I do not show health but exp. I assume this holds true for that as well?
