Another issue, and I dont know how you'd fix this, but I was just doing the keristraza quest line in Coldarra and ran into the same problem above.

Basically, she is the quest giver, and also the person who completes the quest. Additionally, you have to talk to her to port up to the big discs in the sky. So, you click her, jamba goes to auto complete, and you cant get to the screen which has the portal option...

Maybe you could do something as simple as... if the person hits the cancel button (to go back a screen with an NPC) Jamba doesnt try to recomplete. Not sure of all the possibilities, just wanted to point out another complication,

Bug in Jamaba Sell : Greys.

Slaves are not getting the changes for Sell Message - Message Area. I push them from the master and get confirmation on the slaves that they were recieved, but they don't actually update. I had to mute each slave individually.

When I accept a quest on my slaves my main gets 10x the accept message from each and it ends up being instant lag. I wonder if the follow was sent x10 from each too..

I had to turn off quest accept notification because each time I accepted I get 100 or so lines of xxxx accepted quest yyyy.

I have not been able to reproduce this. Any chance you could post your JambaQuest.lua saved variables file?

Hi Jafula,lovely work on the new Jamba,so much of an improvement on the previous version its great, thanks.
I have a problem though 10 boxing it with ISBoxer

The fault is when using follow strobing,the toons all follow the correct lead strobing properly,however as soon as I attack/cast with the lead,all chars including lead randomly choose a toon within the group and FTL/stobe that char.

To clear it I have to Toggle/Strobe/FTL (hotkey) off/on and then they all follow lead again until,I cast then the process repeats itself.
It was all working properly in the previous version.

One thing I would like to mention also,previously I could never {FollowMe} FTL both x5 groups on one lead,(this would only work if all 10 toons were in raid format),with the test version this is fixed,if this makes things any clearer.

I hope you can look into this and maybe come up with a solution, I would love my strobing back as normal.

So, I don't have an ISBoxer subscription, and I have no idea how ISBoxer does its leader switching, but it seems like something is broken in your configuration.

This bit:

Do you have a follow strobe command in with your FTL leader switching somewhere? Maybe in your attack commands? Where do you have your follow strobe and switch master commands and what are they?

I use ISboxer with JambaDev and am not having any problems.
ISboxer will create key maps for Jamba (not JambaDev yet).
I use the ISBoxer mapped keys that ISBoxer setup for me but had to change to
use the new JamaDev commands.

I have a long comment below but I would suggest checking your ISboxer command "Follow/JambaStrobe/JambaMaster".
Make sure the ISboxer first action target is set to "Window: - All w/o Current".
Make sure the ISboxer second action target is set to "Window: Current"
The commands under the second action should be:
/jamba-team iamaster all
/jamba-follow strobeonme all
Those commands are only sent to the master. If I send it to everyone I have a real mess.


I can have characters in my party and outside my party and they all attack and follow correctly. For example: I needed one character to catch up with the others so I put him outside the group so he could tag all the mob; the other followed him and FTL assisted him. This is similar to what you are trying to do with two 5 man groups (I had one 1 man, and 1 four man).

I had to change the default commands that ISBoxer sets up since JambaDev uses different commands.

I don't use any of the FTL features of Jamba since that would conflict with ISboxer.

I don't current use any of the macro features of Jamba since ISboxer had those before and I was setup to use them.

In Jamba, I have have the following set:
When master changes promote Master to party leader - on (this is not necessary since I was able to have a character outside the party be the master)
Auto follow after combat - on
Follow strobing is controlled by /jamba-follow commands, Always use master as strobe target - on
Pause follow strobing if Drinking/eating - on
FTL Helper - I left everything default which means "if a modifier isn't used..." is the only thing turned on.

Is ISboxer:
I have it set to switch to each character as the big window using F1, F2, F3, F4, F5. I have it configured so the master is set to whoever I switched to only if I used the hotkey, not if I simply select that window manually. I use the Follow/Jamba Strobe/JambaMaster command that ISboxer setup for me but I had to change the actual contents of the command as I listed at the top of this message.

thanks for the reply,no I don't have any Jamba/Strobe commands in either Leader Switching or Attack commands.
I could disable Jamba in the addons and nothing would change for me.
It is only when I activate Jamba follow strobing does the problem occur,it was working properly prior to installing 0.5 release,if that makes it any clearer.
I will say that fireymerlin's instructions helped a load with my lead char,now she doesn't follow other toons when activating attack,but the problem still persist with the others.

Big thanks to you Merlin that big post helped me alot,and at least allows me to use Strobing for my lead char around Icecrown,and check I have everything set as suggested by you.

Does this all make the problem any clearer?
