See slave Procs on master - Jamba-Proc needs your input!

I'm working on Jamba-Proc as part of the Jamba 0.5 release and I'd like to release the addon with a good set of defaults.

Jamba-Proc is an addon that will display a message on the masters screen when a slave gets a proc (new or refreshed).

Screenshot of proc messages. (Jamba is configured to use Parrot's notification area in this case.)

The addon needs the following:
1) The name of the spell;
2) The text to display on the master.

So far I have one entry...

Name: The Art of War
Text: Free Exorcism!

If you would like a proc added to the defaults, please reply with the name of the spell and some appropriate text and I'll see what I can do.

I just levelled a couple of warriors from 60-70 last week and I'd really have liked to see the following procs:

Overpower
Execute
Revenge

I think just displaying the same text as WoW does would be best, not something like 'Time for Execute!'.

Notifications for me are suboptimal versus a persistant ui element like a timer.

With all that goes on sometimes, its easy to miss a notification.

Could you have an option to make the notice persistant, possibly with a timer?

I use DoTimer on my mage solo and get that type of notice for missle barrage and love it.

When Art of War procs I tend to use Flash of Light if you could change the Free Exorcism! to Free Exorcism/Flash of Light! or something similar, I'd be grateful

The new Jamba uses "Message Areas". Currently areas are default chat, party, guild, parrot, mikscrollingbattletext and some others. (I can integrate with other addons if requested). I should be able to add an new area that displays a persistant message like you ask.

Having said that, I *think* that parrot and mikscrollingbattletext implement this functionality (persistant and timer) already, so you could just use one of those addons (turn off all the defaults and Jamba will still use the scroll area you select in Jamba's message area configuration).

In the final version, you'll be able to add your own / change the message.

This might be asking too much but would it be possible to have an icon come up eg. The eclipse icon with the name of the character next to that. Also pretty obvious but make the size of the icon and text scaleable. Thanks :-)
