OK, narrowed it now to memory. MemTest could not get past 5% on pass #1. Does the memory range apply to the chip? Always on the 4k-6k range which means stick #3 to me. Anyway, I will heck the RAM and go on from there. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

I had memory issues also unfortunately it was preventing my hard drive from even booting up, I got a new set of memory and good to go, but I wish I could get more and that it would not break, this is not the first time I had memory issues.
My friend had the 132 failure and he probably had the same issue with memory he could not play wow for a while because of it.
