Aah.. nuts. I was really enjoying this series, they really developed the characters much better in S2.

After seeing the ending I thought at the time it might be the last - wrapped up too many plot lines. [spoiler](Plus the namesake of the series gets left behind, with probable cancer.)

Thought it was a very Terminator end: none of the films ever gave closure, they always end with the war still looming, and this does too. Nice touch.

Also liked how they killed people off for a few eps (before bringing them back in a fated kind of way). I love the feeling where no-one seems safe. Buffy you knew who would win, Termintor always good for making you wonder. [/spoiler]
I don't know how these things work, but if they do a 'John Connor Chronicles' for someone else I'll be first to give it a look-see.
