No attention whoring or posting pure flamebait. Once you've actually RAF'd a team (or more) to a respectable level (60+), then maybe you can start giving advice the general community would find useful, until then you're posting nothing new and only trying to draw attention to yourself.
Edit: Just as a side note, you cannot claim copyright on your post as it does not meet the requirements for copyright protection as it is not an original work. To help explain this you can do some research about copyright laws. Here is an example of why you're post is not original:

For a work to be protected by copyright, it must be original. What that means is that the work must have been developed independently by its author, and there must have been some creativity involved in the creation. Merely collecting a number of facts and putting them on paper is not sufficient. If the author used his personal taste in deciding which facts to include, then he has created an original work.
You can argue that you used your own personal taste in deciding which facts to include, but the fact remains you've not created anything here but a waste of my time.
