Looking at getting into heart surgery

I ran into a guy the other day who drove sweet looking black Porsche. I was talking with him and he said he is a heart surgeon. Here is my question to you (sorry if someone else already asked these)

I know that you need to make a cut and be able to suture, but where should I make my first cut if say I wanted to do coronary artery bypass grafting? And is there a place to get free tools? There are a few people I intend to practice on but I would like to get going right away and don't really have time for med school. I read the wiki and all the guide, and watched all the videos and searched for how to do coronary artery bypass grafting but nothing came up.

Please help!! The anesthesia is wearing off I think and I'm afraid this guy is going to come to soon.

I personally recommend you practice on Nuerosurgery first.

I recommend Sam as a test candidate (you cant do any more damage).
