Default Jamba - Quest Loot Status Forward?

It is possible to forward the slaves quest looting status?

IE if a slave loots a quest item and it shows up on the slaves screen at the top, like "Quest Item 4/5", how do you get that forwarded to your master? (And does it do through chat?)

I tried forwarding system messages, and "level" both in the talk module but for the life of me I can't figure it out. I've been using Multiboxer V2 for over a year and it showed this in it's little UI window. However I just started using Jamba today and LOVE IT! Best damn MB mod ever that is for sure and so I might be missing it.

If you can't pass the loot information status yet, the maybe something to add to a future version.

Regardless, great mod and thank you for spending the time to write some fantastic code!

For this I use FuBar and FuBar_QuestsFu

Can do it through SCT, Chat, Error Frame...and more, I believe.

To forward quest status in Jamba:

Go to the addon interface options for Jamba-Talk.

    Click the "Options" tab.

    Check "Forward UI Information".

There is also a forward UI errors options as well; but I don't think you need that. You will get other messages as well; I'm adding a filter to Jamba 0.5, so you can forward only the messages you are interested in.

(Make sure you are using the latest version of Jamba.)

In addition to Jamba I also use the QuestAnnouncer addon, which will post in /p whenever a toon completes a quest or one of the quest objectives. It's then easy to scroll back to double check which toons have or haven't done various things.

Yeah I use Carbonite to pass all completed quest info over to the party chat window. The reason I like the UI information (Thanks Jafula!!!) is just to keep tabs on the large screen of whats going on with my looting. Sometimes I have 4 Earth Elementals standing in frame and on the slaves it can be hard to see if they made the click or not heh.

Alright, that is about all I needed to know. Thanks everyone for the tips!

Another option is BEQL. It also includes a function where you can mouse over your main's quest tracker and it shows the progression of all party members on the quest as well as the announcements in /p
