I've heard of this happening quite a bit lately, it always seems to be fixed via a relog and I haven't seen any cause / suggestions of a cause of it.
I didn't have to relog, toons started wearing clothes again after a while. I've had the same thing happen to just my party previously, but not to everybody else around me!
