I'm assuming you will only be running 4 total?

Anyway, I saw a 5-boxer on my server who ran with a prot pally, 3 ele shammies and a boomkin druid.

Warriors may be the most difficult tank to MB. Pallies are probably the easiest, though some seem to be enjoying DKs.

Druids may be the most difficult healers to MB. Shaman or priests are probably easiest.

Shaman may be the worst DPS class now. However, latest patch may change that and they have other nice advantages like totems and the ability to heal when needed.

So, if you want to have a non-standard team that may be a bit tough to take through instances, go for it. Otherwise, you probably want to swap out your warrior for a pally. If you want to make things a bit easier beyond that, you can still use your druid, but make him a boomkin and spec one of your shammies resto. The other shammy(s) are probably fine as your other DPS.

No need to level a separate druid to heal unless you really want to... 4xShamans+Tank is a very effective PvE instance team, and 4xShamans continues to be a nice PvP setup.

I would say go with a Paladin for easiest tanking with a 4xShaman setup.

why are druids the most difficult to heal? I only ask because I am planning on using 1 to heal my team of 70's. The sad thing is my druid has t5 feral tank gear. My pally is going to tank. He has some kara stuff but I figured it would be easier with the pallly tanking. Druid seems like it would be easy to heal with all the hots. What makes them so hard?

Druids are toughest to heal with because the only spammable heal they have is Healing Touch and this is a long heal which isn't nearly as mana efficient as Greater Heal ro Healing Wave. Druids are efficient healers when they use their HoTs, but keeping up with which HoTs you have applied when and making sure you don't over HoT and waste mana would be tough, even with good macros. I've found I can do a pretty good job knowing 1) when to cast my single target heal and 2) when to cast my aoe (proayer of healing or chain heal) heal, but that's all the bandwith I have for my healers when running instances.
