My "A Team" is Prot Pally (main), Holy priest (off-hand pc), Arcane Mage (keyclone to off-hand pc)

The nice thing about the pally tank is that she range pulls with avenger shield, grabbing a lot of initial aggro, then consecrates. With my priest and mage right behind, they're in the consecrate, so any additional aggros tend to very quickly go for the pally.

I keep it fairly simple... the priest and mage both have a /assist PALLYNAME; /Cast QUICK_RANGED_DAMAGE SPELL type macro bound to their 2 key and a bigger, repeatable damage spell on the 1 key (/castrandom smite, holy fire, mind blast on priest and simple /cast [channeling];Arcane Missiles on my mage.

This way, I use a fang controller board to just hit 2 then keep pressing 1 and just smack 2 whenever my pally targets someone new

The priest has some /target PALLYNAME; /cast binding heal, and a couple other AOE heals on buttons that the mage doesn't have mapped. that way, I can quickly hit the "oh crap" buttons on the priest without the mage doing anything different.

It's certainly not taking best advantage of all my spells and abilities, but the pally holds aggro well enough that I can generally just keep unloading with priest and mage and bring stuff down fast. I rarely need to heal the pally while in combat unless I pull a TON of mobs or am fighting a pretty big elite.

My Rogue main, druid offhand, mage still keycloned to offhand "B Team" is not so good at taking a lot of stuff at once, but on average, if I can keep it to 1 or 2 at a time, I kill stuff LOTS faster with the rogues and boomkin's additional dps over the pally/priest.

The biggest difference is that I always try to pick single mobs, stealth rogue, pull with a moonfire from moonkin and an arcane blast from the mage, and when the mob runs up to pummel the moonkin, BAM, cheap shot, stun, spam, dead before unstunned.

It's pretty darn effective if I only pull one at a time, but the lack of a tank means I need to be a bit more judicious.
