I'd also 100% agree with the separation of CL and LB into two keys (or at least a modifier if you want a "lightning" key ). I use "2" for my dps spam key and then "3" for shocks, modified "3" for CL personally (1 = paladin tanky spam key); this gives me a nice 1 2 3 button mash sequence which works well for me whilst rolling through instances etc.
