No, master is part of the command. What you could use for this is

/jamba-follow target <character> <tag>

so to get your melee toons to follow your character bob, you would use

/jamba-follow target bob melee

Would like the ability to follow a particular unit based on its tag? I could add this command to Jamba, problem being which toon to choose if more than one has the same tag.
