I had a bunch of poison cleanse in my rotation before but I have changed it up to 4 healing streams and 1 poison cleanse. That gives a 400 health hot to anyone around me. I did an EOTS the other day and dropped 5 healing streams. I ended up with around 70k healing on all shaman counting what I healed myself and all the others in the bg with my healing streams.
