it depends on the skill of the rogue. If the rogue is well skilled then it is over. I play with 4 sham and pally for av. My pally has a stun that i can use every 45 seconds which lasts long enough to get 2 shots in for the kill, but sometimes during that 45 secs you need it. My pally is prot spec so i can take a ton of damage but cannot do any damage (prot pallies just really suck in all bg they cannot do anything).

Anyways, there was this one av where i went up against a really good rogue. That i think ellay would even have a hard time against (but ellay also has all s4 gear so might not be a problem). I had about 2 pieces of s2 gear on (that i one of the reason i went down quick). Rogue got lucky and caught me out of combat (if i was in it, it would have been a little harder to kill me). This is what he did
- Pally didn't touch cause he knew it was a prot build
- sap a sham
- cheap shot another sham
- blinded another sham
- gourge another sham
so i only had the pally to do dps. He then killed the cheap shot sham, went to the gourge, then blinded, then sapped, and ran away not killing the pally. I might of had a chance if i was in combat cause sap wouldn't have worked. He was probably in a mix of s2/s3/s4(gloves) stuff. But he soloed me like no tomorrow.

I find that rogue are usually the only ones that do the dance the most. Warrior pretty much just stand there and pallies too. Sham sometimes dance, but rogues are the king dancers... fast forward youtube to 1:03 think of the rogue like this guy

I'm just curious, why not trinket? I mean, he's blown pretty much all his CC options, it seems like you could trinket, HoJ him, and go to town. Trinket down?

Well played rogues, especially if they vastly outgear, are a pita for sure.
