I think this is the more relevant message. It initially comes up with 6 messages and if you try to go back to message no 1 then you get more errors in the Blizzard Debug addon.

FWIW: I have completed quests across characters (with 3.3) without errors.

It seems that the quest name is not being sent with the quest selection command for some reason.

Can you tell me what other quest mods you are running?

Just QuestHelper. The only addons I am using at the moment is Jamba, QuestHelper and SmartBuff.

EDIT: I'll try without QuestHelper and see if I still get errors.
