I've been hearing that for about a year now. (seriously).

But when you say "modular" do you mean each module will be a separate install - or is it going to require XML editing like it is now?

I'll just sit back and wait - and continue hacking up Jamba to remove the extra stuff.

Jafulu posted somewhere in this ocean of posts that the next version was modules and submodules for easy (as in checkbox based @ addon screen) removal of mods you dont use.

Just wanted to stop in. I've started using jamba now, gotta say I love it. Very helpful, very flexible. Thanks for the awesome addon, Jaf, keep up the good work!

I do have a question though. Jamba doesn't show my slaves' health on my main's screen. I have the option checked on all of the characters to show health, and it shows each individual on their own screen.

Just my thoughts. Does it show no health what so ever? That may be until your health changes, it might now show it. Buff and unbuff or something and see if health shows up. Also, I have gotten used to setting settings on my main and then "push(ing) to chars". I am not sure if that is required (if your alts need to have health setting also), but I do it anyway.

The big things I want. The way to stop "CharName is not in your party" or signed on, whatever the message is when I play with alts and Jamba wants to talk to chars that aren't on. And to have a "Accept quests from Main/Focus/Guild/Party" only not every NPC. And to have a way to do stuff based on what you type into a box for actions..."Do what (Main/Focus/Party1/CharName) does". I am pretty sure it only does what main does now. It doesn't have to be all of them, just a box so I could type in what I wanted the alts to use to do. If you want an example, I think Multiboxer v2 does this, that is where I got it from.

If they don't show each others health, it may be that they don't know about each other.

Make sure you have set up your group correctly.

Like Zanthor says; you can use an addon manager in 0.5 to turn Jamba modules on and off (so back to what you suggested in the early days ). And it has been 10 months (first post was early September 08 ).

I think I found my problem. I added all the toons manually on each character, I figured it'd help for switching mains and stuff if I didn't wanna have to relog and sign in on a different client and stuff. Oh well, I can live with it.
