    Default Follow strobe

    Hey, again I love Jamba, thanks for all the hard work you put into it!

    I'm wondering about the strobe follow feature. I'm using it with my Hydra FTL-like set-up by following Daleka's post, quoted below:

    The way that it works is by having macros set up on each client bound to the PiP swap buttons. It took me a few minutes to figure out how Zanthor was explaining it. So every time you swap PiP, the new focus is set on the main client, Jamba does its thing, and all clients fall into line.

    PiP Swap keybinds: F1-F5

    Main Client Macro
    /focus Samam
    /jamba setmeasmaster all
    /jamba-follow strobeonme all
    /script SetView(5);SetView(5);

    Slave Macro
    /focus Samarn
    /script SetView(5);SetView(5);

    Macro guide

    F1 Samam: F1 - Main, F2- Slave, F3 - Slave, F4 - Slave, F5 - Slave
    F2 Samarn: F1 - Slave, F2 - Main, F3 - Slave, F4 - Slave, F5 - Slave
    and so on...
    It works great, except if my characters get seperated. If they get seperated they start running off in opposite directions. It's a real pain the ass getting them back together. Is there a better way to set this up so this doesn't happen, or what's the best way to make them freeze when they lose the master and start to run wild?

    Do I need to set up a stop strobe macro on every character and assign each to the same key, so that I can hit that key and get them to freeze?

    Why do your characters run off in opposite directions? That's a little weird.

    There is no way an addon can stop a character from following. You are going to have to press a movement key.

    Does the 'Push Settings' button in 0.5 push ALL settings for the addon, rather than individually going through each window having to do 1 at a time? It'd be nice to have 1 button send the settings for all different views

    Love the addon, keep up the good work.

    Short: Yes

    Long: Each module has it own push settings, so you can push just the options you changed.
    But, the main Jamba option category (where you will configure profiles) will have a push settings options that will push settings for all the modules. It will call each module it turn and ask it to push its own settings.

    Thanks a lot for this addon, it's made my life so much easier.

    I was wondering if there are any plans to implement a /jamba-assist master all type command, similar to the jamba follow command. Or if this option already exists and I just haven't seen it.

    I only have one request for Jamba:

    Get on the list for WowMatrix to update it.

    Everything else rocks. Ok, well maybe a global "push to all characters" button so I can tweak away on one, then push the entire thing, rather than page by page, but that is a minor issue.

    There is not an assist master command currently. Jamba-0.5 is going to have Jamba-Macro module where you will be able to define macros like

    /assist #master#

    or

    /cast [target=#master#-target] Lightning Bolt

    Jamba-Macro will change the #master# to the name of the actual master character.

    Jamba-0.5 after its beta test will be going out "public" so I can get it onto WoWMatix for you. Also 0.5 will have an all module push feature, like you requested.
