Hey, again I love Jamba, thanks for all the hard work you put into it!
I'm wondering about the strobe follow feature. I'm using it with my Hydra FTL-like set-up by following Daleka's post, quoted below:
It works great, except if my characters get seperated. If they get seperated they start running off in opposite directions. It's a real pain the ass getting them back together. Is there a better way to set this up so this doesn't happen, or what's the best way to make them freeze when they lose the master and start to run wild?The way that it works is by having macros set up on each client bound to the PiP swap buttons. It took me a few minutes to figure out how Zanthor was explaining it. So every time you swap PiP, the new focus is set on the main client, Jamba does its thing, and all clients fall into line.
PiP Swap keybinds: F1-F5
Main Client Macro
/focus Samam
/jamba setmeasmaster all
/jamba-follow strobeonme all
/script SetView(5);SetView(5);
Slave Macro
/focus Samarn
/script SetView(5);SetView(5);
Macro guide
F1 Samam: F1 - Main, F2- Slave, F3 - Slave, F4 - Slave, F5 - Slave
F2 Samarn: F1 - Slave, F2 - Main, F3 - Slave, F4 - Slave, F5 - Slave
and so on...
Do I need to set up a stop strobe macro on every character and assign each to the same key, so that I can hit that key and get them to freeze?
