I use the strobeonme all. The problem comes up when I tell them "jamba-follow strobeoff". They keep following.
They will keep following if you issue a strobe off command. You have to stop them following by using a movement key as well. Strobe off should just stop the resending of the follow command.

I currently have a macro on the master for strobeon, strobeoff, and strobeonlast. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Any ideas?
Are you adding the "all" tag to end of the commands?

/jamba-follow strobeoff all

should turn strobing off for all your toons. I'll have a play with follow strobing tonight if I can and see if I can reproduce your issues.
