This isn't a Jamba-Proc error. It's a LibHealComm error. No parts of Jamba use LibHealComm.

It doesn't look like LibHealComm has been updated for Cataclysm (on curse.com). Are you running it as an out of date addon?

Notice the count: 665, so it's basically everytime something procs which eventually causes massive stuttering.
