Also, is there a way to make all your toons use an item from the item use bar? i always thought it was supposed to do that but never does.

The item bar is keybound. You select the key you want to use for it on each alt. Then use the keybind (which should be broadcast by your software not Jamba) to use the item. It doesn't do macros or spells. Just items. It does wonders for honor turn ins, quest items, potions or equip items (I use it for my tournament lance).

What i did is create an ISBoxer repeater region on top of my Jamba item bar, like that i just have to click it on the main to use it on all toons :-)

Question how can i get it to stop telling me or warning should i say that certain name is not targeting certain name is not focus. It does it for the main character only if im on an alt.

To me the disadvantage of doing mouse repeating regions is, what good is the Jamba bar for you. You aren't using it, you are using any hotbar. For me, I don't show 90% of the stuff on my alts, because I only need to see it on my main. So other than keybinding on each char, I pretty much only do stuff on my main. I already have too much stuff on my screen, I can't imagine having all the bars, item bars, quest trackers, etc. on all my alts also. I guess it is fine, not sure why it bothered me, just seems like buying a car with cruise control and then setting up a rig to push the gas pedal down a constant amount. Seems like you are going around the use of the item even if you get the same results.

Was just wondering if it would be possible to make 2 rows or 2 columns on the item use bar. I'd like to show more item slots but screen space is kinda limited ya know . Thanks for the most awesomest addon EVER!

i can't swap a quest item on all toons in one click using hotbars, with jamba i can. (and i won't even mention finding the item in the 5 bags... :-)
with Jamba, i put it with the main, and use it on all toons.
i don't like having 1234452 keybinds, and don't mind driving from one toon.
Some things are quicker with a keyboard, some quicker with a mouse.

Also, i like to have all my slave's screen similar to the main, i don't mind having alot of info there, since i don't look at them in normal play, but if i need to swap for whatever reason (main dead for example) i find everything i need in the same spot.

Here's another request jafula......any way to EDIT the quantity to purchase under the merchant section w/out having to delete and add the item to the list again?

I keep getting spammed in my chat "No player named '(player name)' is currently playing", and it gets quite annoying, is there anyway to turn this off? (and yes that player is infact offline) It usually happens when I switch screens or am dpsing something.

Go /jamba -> Advanced -> Core: Communications -> Uncheck assume team always online.

Make sure you have you core: communications channel setup correctly on each toon! (As you had it pre 0.7)
