Just wondering you drop the word automate alot... I was thinking about using this.. looks wonderful but its scary lol.. Automate usually = bad.

Yup, parts of Jamba are AUTOMATION. That is what makes it useful. Not having to multiply clicks by 5 for a 5 boxer. Thing is, Jamba is a World of Warcraft Addon and has to operate by using the wow api - and Blizzard have set up the api so that addon authors cannot write any automation they consider bad.

For instance, Jamba cannot press the Accept Trade button for you, because that the wow api function that is called to press the Accept Trade button is protected by Blizzard. But Blizzard have not protected the Accept Quest function, so Jamba can press that button for you.

So Jamba's automation is only that which is allowed by the wow api.

I do agree that any automation outside of wow (like using a 3rd party exe to press a key, wait and press another key) is bad.

Great Addon! I had previously used Multiboxer v2, but i never saw any updates, and it died. Glad to see you are continually working on it!

I use wowmatrix to keep my addons updated. Any chance on getting Jamba to show up on it's updates? I have no idea how it works on the backend, but I assume it just checks a bunch of websites for new versions. When I updated to .4, it had a bunch of LUA erors, until I deleted the jamba folder and put in the new one (first time I had just copied the new files into the old folder, there must have been an old file that is no longer there messing something up) Having it able to be auto updated would be awesome.

When my finances are a bit better, I'll be sure to donate to this great cause!

Jamba is still a work in progress. I'm not comfortable with it on wowmatrix or curse or wowinterface or anywhere else just yet. When I have completed my development; I'll push it out there; until then I hope you don't mind visiting dual-boxing.com...

Issue: Raid Warning / Experience Bar do not work for one specific Toon.

Toon name: PSA

(All my other toons in the party work great with Jamba.)

PSA's settings in Blizzard Interaface and Jamba are the exact same as all the other toons in the party.

I have removed the Jamba variable file for PSA, I have removed all mods and left just Jamba active. Why do I have the feeling it's the name "PSA"?

PSA will communicate to the the Master via Party and Whisper. If I type "/rw <text>" the <text> is dislayed properly in Raid Warning. Using Jamba will not display in RW for follow breaks or attacks, or anything else.

Any thoughts?

Is it possible for slave character to take the same flightpad destination as the master character, without the slave character having to open the flightpad window?

No, you need to open the flightpad window.

You have done some documentation for Jamba-Target (which I clicked the print button on, then had to Ctrl A Ctrl C and put into a Word doc to actually print.

You have some documentation of the main Jamba and it's modules in nested/tree form, so you can click on Jamba-Talk and go there.

Any likelihood of getting a printer friendly version of all of the docs? It's just a stitching together of what you have already done.

I keep a lot of printouts of guides and data in folders on the shelf above my comp, would love to have full hardcopy of the support info you have in nested form right now.
