Jamba is amazing.. I'm using it since I've heard about it... the auto follow strobe feature introduced in one of the last release is wondeful... I can box melee class without even think about their combat range or follow loss...

but I'm confused about the master switching ..

I'm using this macro (along with a FTL setup)

I've bind the jamba-follow strobe-somethingIdontrememberhere on & off to enable and disable the strobing... but when I change my master focus, I had to stop the stobe, and then hit continuously the 'follow' key to have my chars on follow ... this annoying and I read some post ago that you can switch the master with a jamba command...

can you help me get my macro strobing follow on the new focused main char (second, third, and so on) instead of the main first char which I need to set on follow because of some looting quest or diying issues

Is it possible for Jamba to automatically share a newly-accepted quest

I can add an option to Jamba Quest to automatically share a quest when a master accepts it. Is that what you want?

I noticed that if I have follow strobe turned on my slaves can't eat food.

I'll add a check for the eating buff as well as the drinking buff.

Is there a post-patch problem with warnings?

Not that I know of, I will check when I get a chance.

Is it Jamba that causes the random runner thing?

No.

Then again, i've NEVER seen the tagless commands work, not sure if it's an error on my part or a bug from an early config or what.

No, addons cannot loot for you.

Patch 3.0.8 changed part of the way follow works. I thought I'd fixed the problem with my last release; but a few folk have reported more problems. I'm going to make another release tomorrow night with a few more bug fixes. Hopefully these will solve the problems.

When I do the changes, I'll check that follow strobing works with master switching and if I get the chance I'll post up the macros you could use as well.

Hey jafula everything you do to fix jamba auto updates am i correct. Just making sure so i know if i ever have to do anything like titan and stuff after patches to re update those.

I searched and had no luck...is there a way to modify the order of the Jamba team healthbar list or how can I define the order? The order seems to be static (from what I could tell) but it doesn't follow the order of my team list that I setup. So for example I have my team entered in Jamba in this order:

toona
toonb
toonc
toond
toone

but they are displayed in this order

toonc
toonb
toond
toona
toone

Not trying to be nitpicky or anything, the reason for my whining is that I use static target healing hotkeys so the specific order is important to me. Currently I rely on Pitbull for statistically ordered unit frames (alpha sorted party)..which works fine as long as I can be in the same party. However I run into problems in raid/bg pugs....so, this is where Jamba team rocks as the order is always static...if only I could figure out how to define the order

Anyway awesome mod reguardless, thanks for putting the work into this Jafula :thumbsup:

But version 0.5 will have a way. If you have a look at the post I link below (a few pages back in this thread); in the first screenshot you can see a couple of buttons labelled up and down. These buttons will move the selected toons up and down the list. All Jamba functions in 0.5 will always honour the order you set there. Hope you can hold out until version 0.5...

Jamba does not automatically update. You are going to have to manually go and get versions as I release them. When 0.5 gets released, it will get pushed out to a few wow sites and all going well onto wowmatrix as well which should help with the automatic updating.

Jamba-Follow

• Bug Fix: When follow strobing and changing masters; the new master will no longer try to keep strobing on the old master.
• A character will not try to follow strobe while it is eating if the Jamba-Follow option: Pause Follow Strobing If Drinking is checked.
• Commands without the optional tag parameter should now work; e.g. /jamba-follow strobeoff will now stop the character from follow strobing.

Jamba-Quest

• Pressing escape will now hide the Jamba-Quest window.

Please let me know of any problems you find.
