Ok, I've disabled all the items on Display. My leader is still randomly changing. Works fine for hours as long as I dont switcyh leaders, once I switch, it's failtime.

What fails? How does it randomly change? Is it laggy? Do the toons all think they have a different master?Originally Posted by 'zanthor',index.php?page=Thread&postID=136102#post 136102
Jafula.
Jamba - Jafula's Awesome Multi Boxer Assistant. An addon for YOU.
I get the following error
Interface\AddOns\Jamba\JambaComms.lua:2469: attempt to index local 'targetButton' (a nil value)
when I hit , (my "/follow focus /script SetView(4);" script on 1 of my slace toons)
[what's that "targetButton" ?]
2,3,5 boxing wow with Wow Open Box and MAMA, give them a try!
(was 8 Boxing Wow with HotKeyNet and ISBoxer)
Was streaming on twitch.tv/MooreaTv
Ok, playing Warlocks, 10-13 in hex (Oxoa, Oxob, Oxoc, Oxod)...Originally Posted by 'Jafula',index.php?page=Thread&postID=136109#post1 36109
Oxoa is normally leader... I hit the key to make Oxob leader...
Oxob becomes leader... or not... not consistant here...
I wait, sometimes it happens, sometimes not, if it does, and I switch back to Oxoa, randomly Oxod or Oxoc or even Oxob becomes leader...
Who the leader is ends up being this huge crapshoot.

^What Zanthor explains above is the problem i had with 0.3 as well. i would give up trying to set char b as leader, and just kept running with char a as leader.. after a few minutes char a stops and starts following b - without me doing anything (not even having wow active).
I went back to 0.2 and i don't experience this problem, but i've added a 5th and might have accidentally "fixed" some macro issues that might or might not have been an issue.
I will try 0.3a again and tell how it went
0.3a did not work on first team swap.
the new leader keeps following the old leader.

(edit2: update)
howdy all,
I am basically new to multi-boxing and am trying to get this addon. But when I go to the site in the first post, I get a 404 error. Anyone know if I can get this from somewhere else or off one of the addon host sites etc?
Cheers
Arn
Jamba is working great. You have packed some really useful features into it, thanks for the hard work keeping this current with the patches.
Sojolly
Great addon...well, at least the older version was...can someone provide a download link for new 0.3a version? The jafula website no longer exists...
;(
I think ive found the source of this problem Jafula !Originally Posted by 'cairnz',index.php?page=Thread&postID=136430#post1 36430
I have a feeling it is caused by the followstrobe, and a backlog of strobe requests
i mainly had this problem when i had the followstrobe set to 1 or 2 seconds
i LOVED the feeling, i never lost follow no matter what
but if EVER i had 1 char to break follow to walk away/drink/interact with... i would press the /jamba-follow strobeoff macro, YET STILL it would continue to followstrobe the old char for about 30 seconds up to 1 minute
the same happens when switching mains, i press my pip switch macro, and this macro contains /jamba-follow strobeonme all
some of my 5 start following straight away, others are still following the old char
this takes again up to a minute before they switch
I have a feeling it is caused by a backlog of follow requests
you can replicate this even withouth the strobe function
when you have AN addon that shows a color if one is following or not
rapidly press the follow macro button
and see the lights turn up and down and up, processing each and every follow request.
I have a feeling this is a limitation of wow itself, not of jamba
seeing how i had the same problem with other addon's which showed follow lights
I've used the follow strobe (my own version) for over a y ear without problem. I agree that a queue of messages is the problem here, but is it a problem with the follow strobe (sadpanda), the status indicators (which I've turned off) or with wow throttling the addons channel when it shouldn't be?Originally Posted by 'Talos',index.php?page=Thread&postID=136469#post13 6469
