Jafula, is there a way to configure chat so that I get a Warning message when a character receives a message, rather then sending it to me?

I've been caught in a few recursive loops and had to exit rapidly incase I was spamming the guy with thousands of messages.

I don't mind switching to chars to respond to a whisper, its just getting a notice on the active character that I would like.

Word on the street is that we have approximately 2 weeks before 4.0.1 hits the servers, and that 4.0.3 (the expansion) should go live sometime at the beginning of December.

No way to send a warning. I have made a ticket and it might get done one day.

You shouldn't be getting stuck in recursive loops. Can you let me know how to reproduce this?

I can't for the next few days, due to work commitments, but I will try and reproduce it when I am next on. It involved communication with two people messaging the same character. I remember that.

I run many different teams. DK+4xShaman, Pally+4xShaman, 5xPaladins, DK+4xPaladins, 5xShaman, 5xDruids, 5xDKs, 5xWarlocks, and multiple combinations of them.

In 0.5 I only saw the members of my current team in Jamba Team display.

In 0.7b I suddenly saw all of my toons, 25 of them.

After some digging I found out that this was because of Core:Communications in Advanced options, the "Assume All Team Members Always Online". Make sure that is unchecked if you don't want all your defined toons to show up and just want your current team to show.

Gees, took you a while. It was actually a question to start with, but the author figured out what was going on...

I'll just blame the 4.01 patch for the problem next time someone asks!
