Default Best way to manage my 4box healing?

I'm 4 boxing a mage, warlock, druid and shaman.* (trying to get the most raiding toons out of RAF, but I failed to recognize what a huge pain training already is at level 9)

Using autohotkey with the setup that automatically sends "="(assist party1) to every window but the active one and then the numbers for your hotkeys (basically just using the script from the wiki)

(I'm using assist party1 and follow party1 macros.... god bless whoever suggested that on the forum, it makes swapping "main" toons so nice and easy!)

This works fine for my attack spells, but for some reason, during combat it doesn't seem to work for healing spells. Both healers heal themselves during combat. Basically I just want to throw a big heal from each of the hybrids at the same time, at whatever person needs it.

In the past I was only healing from one toon, so using that toon as my main and clique healing made sense, but now I'm a little at a loss why my assist macro works fine for damage spells but not healing ones.

I've considered keybinding heals for each of my four characters to f5-f8, but perhaps someone has a cleaner solution?

When they heal themselves they are not corrently targetting, as far as I know there could be 2 causes:
1 - Your heal macro is broken (post it?)
2 - When you target a player on your main, it takes a while for the clones to see this, so try clicking on the character that needs healing, then wait a short while before trying to cast that heal.

Personally I use focus for my main.. so my standard healing macros look a bit like this:

    /cast [target=focustarget, help] [target=focustargettarget, help] [] Lesser Healing Wave

    focus: my main
focustarget: the enemy targeted by my main, or the friend targeted by my main
focustargettarget: the enemy's target, which is the one who is going to get hit

This is probably the closest thing you'll get to "auto healing". Usually you can just spam this button and it will keep your party at good health.
The only problem with this is with multiple mob pulls in heroics.. you might get split aggro, upon which your healing macros will not properly heal everyone, so in these situations you'll need to manually spot heal members. This is no biggie in normal instances and in pvp.. but in heroics you sometimes only have a few seconds to react before someone dies.. and there's slave target lag that comes into play here which can lead to disaster (slaves heal themselves or wrong target due to target information latency).

guess im old school..with emphasis on "OLD"... I personally dont use macros for healing much I just use the f1 f2 etc keys and hit my heal button.. if using shammies it's a bit easier as just hit f1 and chain but I digress

for my shamen, i made 5 macros with like /cast lesser healing wave vantul, or whatever the syntax is.. then put them on hotbars on each guy and bound the keys to F1-5 so if it hit F1 all 5 heal the first player int he party..

The party order always stays the same as my invite macro, cept in bg's or arena but works good enough once you remember like toonx is F3
Vantek, Vantol, Vantal, Vantol, Vantel.. yeah.. no Vantil.... bite me, im a moron...

I do this as well, using f1-f4 for my shamen, f5 for my arena partner, f6 for my main's current target, and 9 (no f) for the target of main's target. All are lesser healing wave, additionally I use #8 as chain heal on all 4, but that doesn't seem to be nearly as effective as the f1-f4 buttons.

I was disappointed that /tar party1 doesn't seem to work consistently in battle (same for those assist ones, similar kind of lag) so I went with f9-12 as rejuv for each toon, f5-f8 as healing touch. Yes, druids, I'm trying druids now, neither of the two mixed groups I tried at first were working for me.

I use healbot and mouse over to another window and click for simple heals. I have a macro for all target the tank and heal. I also have one that I use the most that has chain heal targeted in a "circle" at each other shaman. I use it the most because Im pretty lazy.
