I'm using ISO boxer, and I was thinking to create a small delay on the actions that my team will do (should be a specific delay for every slot)
Let me elaborate, I was thinking from log standpoint 3 characters who are casting same spells at same time stamps, might be a bit suspicious, but if I somehow make a tiny delay between combat broadcasts it might let me stay under radar for longer period. At first I was thinking about setting some character to use hotkey on press and other on release thus creating discrepancy of time stamps of logs without synchronous skills being cast. Tho wasn't able to set up it for specific character, only for hotkey it self.

Any recommendation would be much appreciated.
Since ISboxer has Input Broadcasting which was banned by Blizzard I no longer have it installed to be able to reference. From memory I don't remember if there was/is an option to put in a random delay into inputs though you could have it send round robin (to 1 client at a time so 3 presses of the DPS key to send 1 DPS to each DPS at a time with no mirroring) and that should be able to be triggered via key down &/or key up but that doing it on both up & down could be 4 keys sent to the 3 DPS slots for each 2 keypresses which may not be what you want... While those approaches stopping mirroring you are still broadcasting inputs...

That being said I would not use ISboxer as it is bannable and Blizzard can see what processes are running and instead would use it's replacement JMB or the free and Open Source www.WowOpenBox.org

Though I used them with mouse over focus to avoid any manipulation I believe one or both may allow you to auto change windows (for example round robin the focus of the DPS windows) so you can get pretty fast actions without broadcasting inputs.

Alternatively you could run 5 PCs (or VMs or Multiseat clients) and have a dedicated keystick for each which could be tightly placed together to allow you to rapidly use dedicated keys to send direct inputs to each client which "should" be compliant as there is no mirroring/broadcasting...

While all of those should be compliant, as I alluded to above, I will never use my main account with any multibox team ever again just because Blizzard has been so inconsistent and I suspect has banned folk which were compliant... I would only use 5 new accounts or 5 accounts which I was fine with losing...

Lastly please do note that not too long after TBC Classic launched I stopped playing & keeping up with the Discords and what not where much of the discussion was as I was both too disgusted with Blizzard and keeping up with all of that took too much of my time (I decided to only keep up with this Forum)... I share that just so you know that there may be some discussions and/or new info that I am not aware of...

Thanks for info, isn't round-robin in www.WowOpenBox.org broadcasts?

Cause from what I've understood, in short, every action that you are doing in first windows, that being send to any other windows can be called broadcasting.

And in terms of "bannable" I'm quite sure some pepes were banned using such systems, and if we would compare that to ISO boxer, is a lot less convenient, and not fully protects accounts against the ban.
Anyway, times when I've played wow for fun is over, I'm doing it for other reasons now, so It's any way bannable, thus I'll push my luck and see where it will ends.

Hopefully, I'll not get ban when I'll ding lvl 80 in 5m group)

No my understanding is that both JMB and www.WowOpenBox.org both implement their round-robins by actually rapidly switching the WoW windows to the foreground and then the keystroke goes directly into the game rather than with a solution like ISboxer where the keyboard sends the input to ISboxer and then ISboxer broadcasts it to one or more clients. The input broadcasting, especially broadcasting a single keystroke to 2+ clients (mirroring the single input), is what was banned and that is why some folk believe Blizzard was looking for the isboxer process and banning.

In both JMB/WOB, to have 3 DPS do their actions via round-robin, you have to push the DPS key 3 times (1 keystroke per 1 action) and while you can program ISboxer to do something similar it is still broadcasting so I would not recommend needlessly chancing it when you have good options...

Hm I'm quite interested and confused by this part - "In both JMB/WOB, to have 3 DPS do their actions via round-robin, you have to push the DPS key 3 times (1 keystroke per 1 action"

    Can you elaborate please?

Let's simulate the scenario, I have 2 mages with same keys, that's understandable, just press a key 2 times and it will be send.
If I have for example 2 mages and warlock and they have diffirent skills on these key bindings, if I'll press Q ( for example while my mages are casting AB, and warlock to apply dot) do I need to press Q 3 times ( or 5) so it's been pressed in every windows or just once?
How's about healer and tank? if I need to heal and I have a skill binded to heal as 3 for example, would I be forced to press it 5 times until it will be seen in "correct" window?

Wob let's you skip some windows in your RR rotation (eg skip healer for instance) for mixed class you would try to align spells of similar intention on same key - I use for instance 3 to start a fight, then 2 as main dps macro, 4 as finisher etc...
