    I think he does have IWT baked into the dps key, and Ellay uses SHIFT+WASD (team) and ALT+WASD (shammies only) to send movement hotkeys to break movement and avoid runaways or when traversing annoying terrain ingame. In this case A and D are strafe left/right and not the typical turning keys.

    Also it can be handy to have a separate IWT button for when you just want to interact with your mount, talk to an NPC, flightmaster etc. so that it doesn't cast any abilities in your DPS rotation (such as a random concentrate)
