Action bar bug

No idea what you mean.

Are you using a loot addon, so it actually loots everything with one click / use of the lootarang?

Feel free to share a small videoclip.
If you arent video sawy, you could record using your mobile phone (teip etc over toons name etc, on the monitor, if you need privacy), so we could try pinpoint your issue. You could upload to youtube etc.

Also forgot to mention, but I need to use loot-a-rang like 3 times every 2 minutes.

Ah ive always just had the toy on the hotbar.
And recheck that autoloot is enabled on all.

A addon that can sell stuff to a vendor, is not the same as a loot addon. Try using the EMA addon feature named "advanced loot mode" or maybe this alternative addon: https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/auto-loot-plus

I'm using this addon right now, gonna try tomorrow to just have the toy in action bar and let you know my results.
