Should be pretty easy on prot & normal.

I got it on normal. I prob wont dodungeons until i out gear them ( heroic/mythic). Glad i could get the quests done at least!

Full disclosure, I haven't run this dungeon much at all - and from the video you can tell I had no idea what some of the mechanics were but here is a Shrine +6 that I surprisingly +2. Thought I'd throw up something on here for Season 4 so everyone can at least see the mechanics of it all.

I just ran this on +3 on my DKs. Didn't hit the timer due to complications I ran into on the third boss. However, I will say this is SO much easier on the tank team than it is on the hunters. I'll definitely record my next run through here. I also figured out how to cheese the third boss.

With 4 tanks on Stormrage, you can be sure the mindflayer is going to go out on the healer every time. Kiting orbs is a huge waste of time. They don't do that much damage to tanks. The below strat worked really well for me, although it did take 4 wipes to get to that point.
Simply place your tanks in one position, and let them soak the orbs.  When the orbs DO come out, watch for the mindflayer timer. If the mindflayer comes out, it will usually be as the orbs are spawning. Run around like crazy to soak as many with the healer during mindflayer before they pop on the tank. You will likely need to manually dps your healer after orbs. It only took a couple seconds to bring the healer down in my experience.

For the second boss with 4 tanks I didn't bother doing any movement there either. I simply interrupted every single cast and stood in swiftness.

Got a +10!! didn't expect that one. I thought I finished it within time but was literally off by seconds. Still lots of room for improvement. Comp was 5 Druids (no healer)

A question though, do you have resto affinity on the dps? I know Wild Growth pops you out of form but it's an easy solve with a macro and x4 of those for the group could be nice.

you can feign a lot of the targeted stuff with your hunters
