That feels like very active healing, but I might take a look into shammies now. I loved them back in MOP but haven't touched them since, really.

I have been finding pally, 3 hunters and shaman a pain in the ass to box, i know many have success with it, but it feels too squishy and requires way more babysitting to keep them alive.

I just got 5 Lightforged pallies up to 120 yesterday, Leading from Holy with a tank and 3 rets.. was hoping it was going to be ok

I have a 3 box BM Hunter grp that I just started working on visions with - they tore through the first 6 starter visions as a group without any issues.

Edit: Bye melee group - I shall push on with my Hunters - I am loving boxing visions with them.

This team is largely mobility over durability. Get used to using spiritwalker's grace and the snares the hunters offer, the [@player] macro is really good for these. If you practice enough you can also get ice traps off like this.

Set up a 4x Rain from Above macro and laugh all day long. It does so much damage and there isnt much they can do to stop you. It feels like your an AC-130 gunship.
