Not exactly, the video suggests that people have been having trouble with hitting the instance cap quicker than expected because the game's been counting five characters on the same b.net as individual instances when you clear a dungeon. So. clear the instance twice with a five man team and you're at the 10 per hour limit. I have had this problem a few times, notably when boosting where I've had some awkward moments where 1 guy can enter and the other two can't because the account has hit the limit. The limit seems to have been shifted to server basis, rather than simply account basis. So, you can clear an instance ten times on one character, log into a character on another realm and clear the same instance ten more times. Or if you're a boxer, clear it with a team ten times without running into lockout issues.

That's interesting... I've personally never experienced a problem where I was locked out before the 10 instance limit (or 5 back in the day), and, from what I can remember, I can't say I've ever seen anyone post about such an issue on either forum (d-b or ISB). Although, again, it's interesting that you say you've experienced it multiple times.

EDIT: Actually, what ebony says is true, isn't it? Didn't they lift the instance restriction on a prior alpha/beta, or maybe even a PTR one time? I can't remember, but what she says sounds familiar now that I think about it. I'm pretty sure there was, at some time in the past, someone who had made a thread about how it had been lifted, only to find that it was just a alpha/beta/PTR thing. I don't know for sure, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
