That's pretty much what it comes down to, yes. You can check your transaction history in account management as well, to see what dates you've created your accounts. If you're in doubt or unable to figure it out, you can also contact a game master to ask as they can tell from their side. But there hasn't been an indicator for a long time, unfortunately.
