I haven't updated my guides since I pretty much quit playing D3 a while ago. Came back after 2.1.2 was released.

Regarding Toxin gem, yes it stacks and is a great option for 4x multiboxing. That's what I use for all my combos now.

What i wonder is, does the damage increase apply before the hit or afterwards? I guess its the latter, as the DoT procs on hit, so after the damage is done, which would make it somewhat weaker in lower GRifts/T6, as you normally just run through them without hitting anything multiple times.
