They target capped Flame Lash for Enhance Shaman, and modified Starfall so it only affects targets with your dots on them. They also lowered Ravager and Whirlwind damage for Warriors.
Multi-shot got a damage increase though!

Reminder: Don't trust datamining, especially of spell coefficient changes. I believe nearly all of those are things that were hotfixed live.Originally Posted by Mosg2

Again, nearly all of those datamined class spell changes are things that are *already live* via hotfix; just tooltip updates. Relax!
