For me it has one HUGE feature that the naga does not..other than everything the last posters have listed,and that is a TILT wheel.

Raga Naga 2014 has a tilt wheel and the side buttons are mechanical now which is a big improvement over the older versions of the naga. The size of the 2014 is bigger than the older versions and doesnt get hot overly hot anymore.

Just bought the 2014 Naga today. Seems like a pretty good mouse so far

If they improved it I dont know because I have never had an issue. I like that I can change anyone of my devices from the same panel with 2.0
