I don't think it's that weird that if you record someones voice and put in on youtube without that person his consent, that they delete it. It doesn't really matter if he was broadcasting himself. But I guess I'm one of the very few that thinks like that. For example, if people (friends/family) just put up pictures on their facebook that they took from me on a party or whatever event, I mail facebook to have those pictures removed. Have a pretty effective standard mail for that, and it works every time. I find it incredibly rude to record someone on tap/camera/photo and publish it without the other person agreeing. At least in Belgium it would violate any possible privacy/copyright law there is.

It's not because '100s of others' did it that it makes what you did more/less legit.
And that justifies that it's put up for eternity on youtube, out of his control?
Same with the video in the OP: you ripped it and published it on your own channel.
If it was your 14y old daughter who showed her bra by accident I guess you'd be ok with it if videos would pop up everywhere?

Sorry, I'm out. Looks like this thread is headed off to a debate/argument/flame war on quite an extreme tangent.
Anyway thanks for the feedback and checking out the video, check it out and hopefully enjoy if you can.
Well I'm not out to bust your balls, but on one hand this site does everything to play by the rules (ToS) and on the other hand everyone praises a video that is a blatant rip. But hey, I've said what I wanted to say.
