That's great info, exactly the kind of stuff I need to know. Thanks so much. So the AMD process should be more than up to the job, but I should shell out probably at least 50% more on the GPU. The Radeon HD 7870 is far closer to my budget than a GTX 670, however (the GTX 670 is simply too rich for my blood at the moment). It has passamrk scores of about 4200, compared to the 2700 of the 650 ti and the 5300 of the GTX 670. Do you think it would do the job?

Again i dont know anything about Eve but 14 accounts sounds like it would need alot of Video Card power to run, mabey cut back on the amount of accounts to play and go with a more pricey card and add accounts as you go and see where you get.

If you want to run 14 accounts you wont be able to skimp out on a good Vid card.

Stop using PassMark and start looking at gaming benchmarks.
