I was tryin out a /swapactionbar macro setup for Blood Deathknight and came up with this. Might could use some work to it, not sure if it's the best priority setup, but it's what I've come up with so far while out grinding leather. Seems to fire off everything well. I am currently using Runic Corruption instead of Blood Tap or Runic Empowerment, seems to work out better with this.

Macro 1:
#showtooltip 16 (shows mainhand weapon icon & tooltip)
/cast [nocombat] Outbreak
/castsequence [mod] reset=2 Icy Touch,Plague Strike,null
/castsequence reset=0.3 1,2,Blood Boil
/castsequence reset=0.3 1,Death Strike
/cast Rune Strike
/swapactionbar 1 4
/cast Rune Tap

Macro 2:
#showtooltip
/castsequence reset=0.3 1,Heart Strike
/cast [combat] !Dancing Rune Weapon
/startattack
/swapactionbar 1 4
/cast Blood Tap
/cast !Bone Shield
/cast !Lifeblood
/cast !Vampiric Blood
/cast !Horn of Winter

You can change it up anyway you want, but here is what's working for me so far. I've noticed that by the time it gets back to using Death Strike, I've got 5 stacks of Scent of Blood waiting, and not that long either. With Blood Boil mixed in there, it'll fire off the free ones from Crimson Scourge and refresh diseases at the same time. Also comes in handy when you have all runes on cooldown and no Runic Power to spend.

I kept Blood Tap in there so in case I do switch back to that, it's in there still and I don't have to worry about fixing my macro on the fly. Plus, I'm still testing out which is best for the talents, I don't always follow sites like Noxxic to the T for setups, and our playstyle is never the same as others, so I keep that in mind when setting up my toons. Hope this helps some, vote for this to be added to the sticky if y'all want.
