Using this instead of Pestilence won't cost you much in way of dps loss when spreading them to adds/mobs.

Just realized Roiling Blood and Plague Leech are on the same tier, long night, but I'm averaging around the same dps range in randoms at 87, depends on group mockup tho. Still, this is a good workaround if you don't use ISBoxer and until they nerf or 'fix' this macro system, I like it. Now if only I can get this to work well for my other classes.
I just changed the macro to use Blood Boil. The DPS is a bit lower (30-31k) but will probably be better for Battle Grounds. Thanks for the recommendation! I will be using it.

You're welcome. I haven't tested each setup on dps charts, and since I'm not 90 and geared yet, it probably wouldn't be as reliable. If you do use Blood Boil, you'll have to swap out Plague Leech for Roiling Blood or else this wouldn't work. Using Blood Tap is far better than using Runic Empowerment. Just wish they'd fix it so it doesn't look like you're having a spasm when trying to use Blood Tap without sufficient amount of charges, or is that just me? It hasn't effected my dps that I've noticed, but really annoying during fights seeing my toon twitch like that. :/
