Are two video cards non-sli going to help me five box?

I've got a 4GB GTX 670 (a superclocked EVGA).
Using DX9, it can handle five clients, all on Ultra.

I'm using two 27" widescreen monitors (1080x1920 resolution, on both).
With the main on one monitor and the four slaves on the other.
I plan on ten boxing (on lower than Ultra) later this expansion, on the one card.

Wow, what am I doing wrong. I upgraded my system and I can't run 5 clients in ultra. I have to run the main in Ultra, and the others on fair; and even then I only get around 20-30 fps on my main.

My specs are:
P9X79 DELUXE mobo, with 32G RAM
Core i7 3930K
Nvidia EVGA 680 4G videocard

I upgraded recently so that I could run everything in ultra (or so I thought), but that hasn't been the case. I figure I must be doing something wrong. :P

DX11 and DX9 are miles apart when it comes to required resources on Ultra.
